By accessing chatbot.net.au or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Services

ChatBot.net.au (operated by Caruso Consulting Co Ltd) provides AI chatbot design, development, and subscription services for business websites, including:

• Custom AI chatbot design and development
• Website chatbot installation and configuration
• Ongoing hosting and maintenance via monthly or annual subscription
• Free demo chatbots built to demonstrate capability

Free Demo

We offer a no-obligation free demo chatbot built for your specific business. Requesting a demo does not commit you to any purchase. Demos are built within 72 hours of request. We reserve the right to decline demo requests at our discretion.

Subscriptions and Payments

• Monthly subscription: $99/month + $299 one-time setup fee
• Annual subscription: $1,188/year (setup fee waived)
• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial months or unused periods

Intellectual Property

All website content — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is owned by or licensed to Caruso Consulting Co Ltd. Custom chatbot content created for your business remains your property; the underlying technology and platform remain ours.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to engage in unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activities; distribute spam or malware; impersonate any person or entity; violate any applicable law; or reverse-engineer our technology.

AI Limitations

Our chatbots use artificial intelligence which may occasionally produce inaccurate or incomplete responses. We do not warrant that chatbot responses will always be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing chatbot content before it is published.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Caruso Consulting Co Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months prior to the claim.

Service Availability

We aim for 99%+ uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime caused by third parties, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
